LILLIAN JAUNICE STAPP, age 64 of Murfreesboro died Friday October 10, 2008 at home. She was a native of Joplin MO. She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin Wayne and Lillian Willhite Sturgis, and loving grandmother, Goldie Willhite, two nieces, Misty and DeAnn Johnson. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Dr. Paul A. Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jack Stapp; daughter, Wodora Stapp of Nashville; brother, Roy Wayne Sturgis of OK, and a niece, Candice Hosp and her husband Steve of Joplin MO, and many other nieces and nephews.
