Lillian Faulconer Hill, age 84, of Murfreesboro, TN went to be with her Lord on Sunday, September 14, 2014. A native of Danville, KY, she was preceded in death by her parents, William J. and Marguerite Anderson Faulconer; husband, James LeRoy Hill; and one sister. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10:00AM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Rev. Trey Carey, Dr. Jim Clardy and Rev. Martha Touchton will officiate. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Hill is survived by her son, Wade Hill and his wife Jennifer of Nashville; daughter, Libby Carey and her husband Bill of Murfreesboro; son, Allen Hill and his wife Sandy of Colleyville, TX; grandchildren, Trey Carey and his wife Abbey, Shannon Hill, James Ryan Hill, Janet Adkins and her husband Jeff, and Jodi Felts and her husband Jon David; great-grandchildren, Emma and Jack Adkins and Lillian Broox Carey; and "Mary Poppins," Sara Cook. Mrs. Hill was a member of St. Marks United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Women's Club in Murfreesboro and loved playing bridge taking part in several bridge clubs. Mrs. Hill was an excellent cook and especially enjoyed baking cookies. Bill Hovel, James Frank Reed, Jon David Felts, James Ryan Hill, Jeff Adkins, Bill Bradbury, James Price, Bill Behan and Bill Carey Sr. will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
