Leslie " Kirby" Cannon, age 67 of Murfreesboro formerly of Hendersonville N.C. died Thursday December 8, 2016. He was a native of Memphis and was preceded in death by his parents, John A. Cannon III and Mary Gene Kirby Cannon, also a brother, John Cannon, IV and sister, Nancy Little. Mr. Cannon had attended Brookmeade Congregational United Church of Christ in Nashville. He was retired Industrial Supply Salesman.

Mr. Cannon is survived by his daughter, Christine Pritchard and husband Mark of Murfreesboro; her mother, Adora Bruce of Nashville; grandson, William Pritchard of Murfreesboro; brother, Mark Cannon and wife Lynn of Byhalia MS; nephews, Paul Little of California, Quint Cannon of Georgia; niece; Cara Chilcutt and husband Chad of Memphis.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Linebaugh Public Library.

Celebration of Life gathering will be Saturday 2:00PM to 6:00PM at Christine Pritchard home, 271 Cutoff Rd Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
