Leonard Hilley, age 73 of Murfreesboro, died Monday. He was a native of Chavies, Alabama a son of the late Grady and Chloe Wilbanks Hilley. He was a Baptist and retired as a security guard for Adams Place in 2011 after nine years of service. Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Nancy Basham Hilley; three sons, Chris Hilley and his wife Debbie of Lookout Valley, TN, David Hilley and his wife Becky of Chickamauga, GA, Leonard Hilley, Jr. and his wife Christal of Flatwoods, KY; two daughters, Tina Forshee and her husband Brad of Flat Rock, AL and Gina Wooten and her husband Terry of Rainsville, AL; a brother, Nelson Hilley of Franklin, OH; eleven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of funeral services beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
