Lena Bell Pardue, age 82, of LaVergne, died March 25, 2014. She was a native of LaVergne, and daughter of the late Jesse James and Melvie Lee Traylor Mason. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Bro. Wayne Cornwell officiating. Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery. Mrs. Pardue is survived by a son, Joseph D. Pardue, Jr of LaVergne, and a daughter Sara Darlene Warren of Smyrna; a sister, Velma Cunningham of Smyrna; and a grandson, Tristan Warren. Mrs. Pardue was a member of Highland Heights Church of Christ and was a retired machine operator for Arrow Industries. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM Friday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.
