Laura Mae Dozier, age 95 of Murfreesboro formerly of Smyrna died Friday December 12, 2025. She was a native of Barbourville, KY and was preceded in death by her husband, James Earl Dozier, her parents, Alex and Leona Murphy Shorter.

Mrs. Dozier was a member of the Church of Nazarene in Smyrna and was a devoted wife and mother.

She is survived by her son, Scott Dozier and wife Teresa.
