Mrs. Annie LaSelda Austin, age 80, of Smyrna, TN passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017. She was born in Conway, SC to the late Wilson, Sr. and Ollie Cox Smith. Mrs. Austin was a member of the Baptist faith. She was greatly loved by her family and will be dearly missed.

Mrs. Austin is survived by her daughter, Debbie Buckley and her husband Bob of Smyrna; son, Mitchell Austin and his wife Yvette of Loganville, GA; sister, Betty Jones of Ocala,FL; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren with one on the way. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mitchel E. Austin, Jr.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 3:00pm until 6:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, Murfreesboro. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 6:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, Murfreesboro. Burial will take place Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 7:00am at Evergreen Cemetery fulfilling her wish to be buried at dawn.
