LACY O NEAL, age 80, of Smyrna, Tn. died Thursday at StoneCrest Medical Center. He was born in Rutherford County and was the son of the late Doss & Vester ONeal, Sr. He is survived by his loving wife, Corinne Northcutt ONeal; son, Ricky ONeal and his wife, Patricia of Smyrna; daughters, Janice Larkins and her husband, Steve of Franklin and Vicki Mears and her husband, Steve of Smyrna; brother, Doss ONeal, Jr. of Smyrna, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 3 pm Sunday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Harry Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 3-7 pm Saturday. Mr. ONeal was preceded in death by his daughter, Beth ONeal. He was a veteran of WW II having served in the United States Air Force, a member of Highland Heights Church of Christ and retired with Columbia Records as a Recording Engineer.
