Surrounded by loving family, La Phommateth took her last breath on Monday June 10, 2019 at the age of 82. She was a caring Wife, Mother, Grandmother Aunt, and friend to many.

She is survived by her husband Kiang Phommateth, children (oldest to youngest) Oun Sayavong, One Prine, Choum Vannaketh, Yoth Sipaseuth, and Khamngeun Phommateth - Grandmother to 15 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren and Aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Commemoration of her life will begin with Visitation held at Murfreesboro Woodfin Chapel Wednesday June 19 5pm-7pm. Followed by a funeral service held at the same location Thursday June 20, 2019 1pm.
