He is survived by his daughter, Simone Marcelle Rhodes of Beech Grove, mother, Lora Pfister of Dixon, IL, sister, Marrissa Missy Lynn Latham Frey of Dixon, IL, aunts, Jerone Farrow of Granite City, IL, Pat Keck of Swansea, IL, Wendy Hupperts of St. Louis, MO, niece, Christina Chrissie Marie Frey, nephew, Jonathan Jon Richard Frey, cousin, James Anthony Franklin of Green Bay, WI, friends, Joe Schultz of Rochelle, IL, Dan, Gina, and Donovan Callahan of Smyrna, and Renee Ditmore of Manchester. Mr. Latham was a self employed cab driver. He was attending Tennessee Technology Center to be a Machinist.
