Kevin L. Taylor, age 45 of Smyrna died Thursday August 25, 2011. He was a native of Florida and was preceded in death by his father, James Edmund Taylor. Mr. Taylor was Catholic and a member of Tennessee Army National Guard, in which he was stationed in Kingsport, Chattanooga, Memphis, and Smyrna. He served a tour in Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Lauren Paige Bragg Taylor; two children, Macy and Cameron Taylor; mother, Patricia Ann Taylor of Sevierville, TN; sisters, Colleen Taylor of Sevierville, and Bridget Jolley and her husband Seth of Jefferson City, TN; one niece and three nephews. Graveside service will be 1:30 Wednesday at Chattanooga National Cemetery with full military honors.
