Kenneth D. Price, age 70 of Beechgrove, died Friday at the Tennessee State Veterans Home in Murfreesboro. He was a native of Covington, Kentucky and one of twelve children born to the late Charles and Callie Reed Price. He was also preceded in death by sisters, Louise Kirk and Donna Letney, and brothers, Sidney, Harold, John, Charles, and Roy Price.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Gail Price; sons, Chad Price and wife Sherry of Azle, TX , and Jeffrey Price of Clarksville, TN; grandchildren, Colby and Logan Price; brothers, Raymond Price of Texas, Tom Price of Oklahoma; and two sisters, Kathy Hasty of Oklahoma and Helen Stephens of Kentucky; and a host of other loving family and friends.

Mr. Price was a 23 year veteran of the United States Navy and later retired as a welder from Quality Industries in LaVergne, TN.

A memorial graveside service with military honors will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the Nashville National Cemetery under the direction of Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
