Kelsey Nicole Dearmon, age 21, of Smyrna, TN was tragically taken in an automobile accident on Tuesday April 14, 2015. She was a native of Smyrna, TN. She was a beacon of love and bright light everywhere she went. Kelsey never met a stranger and everyone loved her. She was very passionate about family, and driven in every aspect of life. Kelsey knew what she wanted and where she was going. Kelsey is survived by her parents, Guy Dearmon III, and Amy Jones Dearmon; brothers, Guy Dearmon IV, and his wife Jennifer, and Jesse Dearmon, and his wife Haley all of Smyrna, TN; grandparents, Bobbie Sue Jones of Smyrna, TN, and Shirley and Guy Dearmon Jr. of Murfreesboro, TN; nephews, Guy Dearmon V, Jackson Dearmon, and Calvin Dearmon all of Smyrna, TN; special friend, Christian Martin of Murfreesboro, TN; and a host of family and friends. Visitation with the family will be Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 PM at LifePoint Church in Smyrna, TN. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday at LifePoint Church, 506 Legacy Drive, Smyrna, TN 37167, with Pastor David McCaman officiating. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery, with Ethan Jones, Ricky Costa, Zachary Broadwater, Sterling and Dustin Williams, Zack Harvey, Josh, Chaz, and Elijah Dearmon serving as pallbearers. Guy Dearmon IV, Jesse Dearmon, and Christian Martin will serve as honorary pallbearers. Kelsey attended LifePoint Church, she was a 2011 graduate of Smyrna High School, and received her AA Degree from Motlow. Kelsey was currently a senior at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN and was a Project Manager with Boom Sign and Lighting Company in Smyrna.
