Ms. Kathy Hoffman, age 42, of Smyrna, TN passed away Thursday, April 20, 2017. She was born in Nashville, TN to Timothy and Carlotta Hoffman. Kathy was a 1993 graduate of Father Ryan High School where she played softball. She was very outgoing, fun to be around, and supportive of her family.

Kathy is survived by her children, Kendall Stewart and Kristofer Stewart of Spring Hill, TN; father, Tim Hoffman of Smyrna; brother, Andrew Hoffman of Alpharetta, GA; sister, Karen Thornton and her husband D of LaVergne, TN; and nieces and nephews, Madelyn, Macey, and Matthew. She was preceded in death by her mother, Carlotta Hoffman.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
