Kathryn Elizabeth Baines age 79 of Murfreesboro, passed away Tuesday May 7, 2013. A native of Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Porter and Helen Steinman Brinley. Mrs. Baines is survived by her husband of 56 years; Richard J. Baines Sr., son Richard J. Baines Jr., both of Murfreesboro, daughter Elizabeth "Peanut" Baines of College Grove, Patricia Baines of Murfreesboro son; Donald and his wife Melissa Baines of Jackson, six grandchildren, brothers Andrew Duncan of New York, and Reverend George and his wife Sue Brinley of Michigan. She is preceded in death by two brothers; Elmon Brinley, Lee Duncan, and two sisters; Ruth Pryzabilski, and Eula Volz. Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00 noon until time of Memorial service at 2:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
