Kathleen Madeline "Kathy" Steagall, age 65, of Murfreesboro, passed away June 11, 2015. She was a native of Bloomington, Il, and daughter of the late Arthur H. and Mary Jane Kelly Allen. Funeral services will be Monday June 15 at 1:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Dr. F. Murray Mathis officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM Monday until service time at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Steagall is survived by her husband, George Kenneth Steagall, daughters, Kelly (Mark) Hillhouse and Jessica Steagall both of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Dara, Deven, Adeline, and Jayla; and a brother, Bobby (Sue) Allen of Murfreesboro. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Jim Allen. Mrs. Steagall was a member of St Rose of Lima Catholic Church and was a retired teacher having taught first grade at Rockvale Elementary School for 32 years.
