KATHERINE OGLES PUCKETT age 85 of Murfreesboro died Monday. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late John Newton and Daisy Tucker Ogles. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Brother James Avaritt and Brother David Humphrey officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with her nephews serving as pallbearers. She is survived by her son Steve (Vickie) Puckett, Granddaughter Renee (Lance) Lamb, sisters Nancy (Richard) Walden all of Murfreesboro, and Mary Cohea of St. Louis. She is preceded by her husband Edmund Puckett, Sisters Louise Warpoole, Jimmie Earp, and brothers Bill Ogles, Jack Ogles, and Tom Ogles. She was a member of Bellwood Baptist Church and served with the Comfort You Ministries. Visitation will be Tuesday 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
