JUNIOR M. PURCELL, age 81 of LaVergne died Wednesday August 26, 2009. He was a native of Red Bolling Spring. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Violet May Purcell who died in 1984 and second wife, Goldie Purcell who died 2009, and his parents, Jay and Minnie Belle Coons, sister, Ila Tuck. He was a member of Smyrna Church of Christ and retired from Fixturecraft Heating and Air. He is survived by his children; Glenn Purcell of LaVergne, Jackie (Terri)Purcell of Nashville, Patsy ( Andy) Burton of Cottontown; 4 grandchildren, 6 great- grandchildren; sisters, Georgia Williams of Hartsville, Carolyn Markham of Hartsville, J. Dean Harrison of Middleton, Alma Schulker of Lobleville, Mary Edith Witt; brother, Bobby Purcell of Nashville. Funeral service will be 2:00PM Friday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Bro.
