June Barfield Snead, age 89 of La Vergne died Thursday February 6, 2025. She was a native of Dublin GA and was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Snead who died in 1995. She is also preceded in death by her parents, Bernard Barfield and Ethel Welch Barfield.

Mrs. Snead was a Christian and was a retired bookkeeper for Goodyear Aeronautics.

She is survived by her sons, Thomas Michael Snead and wife Lisa, James Douglas Snead, Gerald Keith Snead and wife Lori; grandchildren, Sarah Warstler and husband Wesley, Jake Snead and wife Elizabeth, Diana Partin and husband Kyle; Great-grandchildren, Austin, Aryanna, Chloe, Andrew, Skylar.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Nashville Nations Cemetery. Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna is in charge of cremation arrangements. www.woodfinchapel.com
