Julia Ellen Bayer King, age 79, of Murfreesboro TN passed away peacefully on January 22, 2026. Born in Texas on June 30, 1946, Julia was adopted by her two loving parents Mr. and Mrs. Bayer.

She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years Dean Hemphill King from Hot Springs AR; Son Mathew Thomas King and his wife Patricia, and several grandchildren. Julia will be remember for her needle points skills, which earned her first place in the Texas State Fair for a jungle scene with different stitches used on each type of animal and plant featured in the piece. She also placed second with a Christmas stocking she made for her dear son.

Julia will be missed by her friends and family who will hold their memories with her close to their hearts.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Woodfin Chapel Murfreesboro.
