Judy Neilsen, age 76 of Murfreesboro, TN passed away on October 6, 2020. She was born in Neenah, WI to the late John and Eva Nelson.

Mrs. Neilsen is survived by her daughters, Rachel Bell and Jennifer Garnett; grandchildren, Calen Oliver, Johnny Garnett, Alexis Young, Aries Kilfoyle, and Bruce Garnett; brother, Jeff Neilsen; and niece, Rebecca Neilsen.

Mrs. Neilsen was a social worker, working with young adults and later geriatrics. She was a foster parent to many and adopted with an open heart. She loved everyone and saw beauty in everything.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
