JOYCE ANN JACOBS SCOTT age 65 of Smyrna, died Thursday July 23, 2009. A native of Davidson County, she was the daughter of the late Richard M. and Mary Elizabeth Holman Jacobs. Funeral services will be 1:00PM Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Lynn Markham officiating. Burial will be in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. She is survived by loving husband of 49 years, Raymond B. Scott, daughters, Melissa (David) Crow, Donelson, Angela Roberts, Smyrna, and Tammy Person, Donelson, and son, Major Keith (Leslie) Scott, Cookeville, nine grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brother, Richard L. (Marie) Jacobs, Donelson, sisters, Betty (Jerry) Walker, St. Petersburg, FL Linda Berry, Antioch, Judy (Bernard) Clemmons, Smyrna and Connie (Tom) Willis, Gunnison, CO. Mrs. Scott was a member of the Hermitage Hills Baptist Church formerly Rayon City Baptist Church. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
