Joyce Virginia Gann Heath, age 82, of Smyrna, TN, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late John Lee and Annie Mae Brewer Gann. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Heath; two sons, Terry Lynn Heath and Steven Dwayne Heath; granddaughter, April Morton; grandson, Dustin Heath; and a great-grandchild, Curtis Morton; and eight siblings.

She is survived by her children, James S. Heath Jr, Pamela J. Reynolds; and Brian K. Heath; 12 grandchildren, Phillip Heath, Matt Heath, Sylvia Harwell, Tiffany King, John Heath, Steven Heath, Scottie Heath, Coty Heath, Brittany Heath, Jacob Jurkiewicz, Cedrik Heath, and Gracie Heath; 21 great-grandchildren, LeAnn Heath, Allie Heath, Tyler Hutchins, Alyssa Harwell, Destiny King, Kayli King, Austin Heath, Angel Heath, David Heath, Dathan Heath, Blake Heath, Lillie Lane, Charles Lane, Jeremy Heath, Christopher Morton, Adalynn Heath, Loralee Heath, Elora Heath, Ethan Heath, Dylin Heath, Karleigh Heath, Riley Cartwright, and Makenzie King; along with much loving extended family.

Mrs. Joyce loved to crochet and she also enjoyed working puzzles.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Jacob, Cedrik, Matt, Phillip, Steven and Tyler.

Burial will be Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in Mapleview Cemetery.
