JOSEPHINE ROSE SCHLOOT, age 75, of Murfreesboro, died Monday, October 3, 2011. Mrs. Schloot was a native of Bedford, Indiana, and daughter of the late William and Lura Waggoner Roberts. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Bro. John Risse officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mrs. Schloot is survived by her husband, Winston Schloot; children, Nancy Hatton, Murfreesboro, Julie Schloot, Nashville, and David Schloot, Smyrna; grandchildren, Paul Hatton, Emily Hanks, and Zane Schloot; and a great grandson, Reid Hanks. Mrs. Schloot was a member of North Boulevard Church of Christ where she was formerly an administrative assistant. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
