Obituary

Johnny Burton Jones, age 79 of Unionville, died Monday June 18, 2018 at his home. He was a native of Rutherford County and was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Elizabeth Jones; parents, Lee Edward Jones and Alpha Willard Jones; brother, Larry Oscar Jones. Mr. Jones was of the Baptist Faith and retired from S & W Electric.

He is survived by his siblings, Mary West and husband Terry of Murfreesboro, George Jones and wife Joyce of Christiana, Terry Jones of Christiana, Josephine Grigsby and husband Myrnon of Lascassas, Linda Sue Jones of Madison, Edna Jones of Shelbyville; also a host of nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

Visitation will be 12PM until 2PM Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Graveside service will be 2PM Friday at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Brother Ron Byers will officiate. www.woodfinchapel.com
