John D. Waldron age 84 of LaVergne died Thursday March 15, 2018. He native of LaVergne and was the son of the late, Edmond Houston and Ruth Chadwell Waldron. Mr. Waldon was former owner of Waldron Auto Parts and was owner of Smyrna Raceway. He also drove a school bus in Donelson.

Mr. Waldron is survived by wife Daisey Bell Waldron; children, Wanda Jean Williams and husband Denny of Dover, Carolyn Gardner Nichols and husband Randall of Murfreesboro, John Wayne Waldron of LaVergne, Dennis Ray Waldron of LaVergne, David Edward Waldron of Murfreesboro, Terri Jane Waldron of LaVergne; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; sisters Inez Harvey of Spring Hill and Rebecca Thomas of Texas.

Funeral service will be 2:00PM Sunday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery. Visitation will be 4PM to 8PM Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna www.woodfinchapel.com
