JOHN PaPa John JAMES HYNEK, age 67, of Lavergne, died Sunday, October 18, 2009. He was a native of Brown County, WI, and the son of the late James John and Bertha Kastor Hynek. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Virginia Preisgon. Funeral service will be 1:00pm Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Brother Jack Wood will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. He is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn Jackie Hynek, children, Dawn Gonzales of Brown Deer, WI, Terry Strom of Campbellsport, WI, Christine (Ed) Conner of Rapid River, MI, Jamie (Brandy) Hynek of Smyrna, Tiffany (Julio) Schwarz of Gainesville, FL, four stepchildren he loved as his own, Kathy Jones of Smyrna, Lisa Copeland of Lavergne, Mark King of Smyrna, Kevin (Angie) King of Lavergne, siblings, Doris LeVoy of Stratford, WI, Fran (Gerald) Herriges of Sheboygan Falls, WI, Gearald Hynek of Luxemburg, WI, 23 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Hynek was employed by Bridgestone before his retirement. He loved riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle and spending time with his loyal yellow lab, Blondie. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. His family would like to thank the nurses and doctors of Baptist Hospital and Alive Hospice at St. Thomas for the wonderful care of this sweet man.
