Mr. John Hogan, age 70, of Arrington, TN passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017. He was born in Jefferson County, AL to Thomas Edward and Edith Ilene Phurrough Hogan. Mr. Hogan proudly served his country in the United States Army for 15 years before joining the Millwright's Union Local 1544 for over 20 years.

Mr. Hogan is survived by his wife of 9 years, Charline Hogan; mother, Ilene Grooms; brother, Tommy Hogan all of Arrington; and numerous additional family members. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Edward Hogan.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, October 6, 2017 from 5:00pm until 6:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. A memorial service with military honors will take place Friday, October 6, 2017 at 6:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
