JOHN THOMAS ERVIN, JR, age 60, of Smyrna, died Wednesday, October 8, 2008. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Interment will be 1:00 pm Monday at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Nashville, TN. He is survived by his wife: Becky, sons: Sean (Kristie) Ervin, Shane Ervin, daughter: Kristie (Scott) Peebles, father: John T. (Joan) Ervin, Sr., two brothers, 1 sister, and 5 grandchildren. Mr. Ervin served 2 years in the U S Marines and was retired as a member of the Army National Guard and retired from Alvin C. York V.A. Medical Center.
