JOHN CROCKER, age 77 of Smyrna died January 8, 2011 at home. He was a native of Camden TN and was preceded in death by his first wife, Jo Anne Crocker; second wife, Maxine Crocker; parents, Lindell and Inez Bowles Crocker, and brother, Lindell Bowles Crocker. Mr. Crocker was Methodist and retired purchasing agent with Heatcraft; He was a Army veteran during the Korean conflict. Mr. Crocker is survived by his daughters, Deborah Buchanan and husband Ronnie of New Johnsonville, Jodi Crocker Richardson and husband, Chuck of Murfreesboro, Beth Hoffman and husband Michael of Waverly; step-son, Timothy Amos of Nashville, five grandchildren, six great grandchildren; sister, Angelyn Chandler of Nashville. Memorial service will be 7:00PM Tuesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Rev. Joe Elliott officiating. Burial will follow in Camden City Cemetery at a later date.
