John Phillip Baltz, Jr. age 56 of Smyrna, TN, died Friday March, 8, 2013. A native of Nashville, TN, he was the son of the late John (Jack) Phillip and Joyce Mullins Baltz, and was also preceded in death by a sister, Jo Anne Herndon. A Rosary will be 10:00 AM Monday with the Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM at St. Luke Catholic Church, Smyrna, with Father Jacob Dio officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Nashville, TN. Mr. Baltz is survived by a sister, Janice Meacham of Murfreesboro, TN; brothers, Jerry Baltz of Bella Vista, AR and Joe Baltz of Murfreesboro, TN, and several nieces and nephews.
