Joel H. Potts age 60 of Murfreesboro, TN, died Thursday August 1, 2013. A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of the late Barney E. and Daisy Ann Mears Potts. Mr. Potts is survived by a brother, Franklin Potts of Smyrna, TN; sisters, Joyce Ormson of Sartell, MN, and Betty Victory of Smyrna, TN. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Pastor Carlos Saddler officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00 PM until time of service at 7:00 PM.
