JOE STEPHEN KUCER, age 58 of Smyrna died Thursday December 3, 2009. He was a native of Manhattan New York. He was the son of the late, John and Anna Strunak Kucer. He was a veteran of the Desert Storm having served in the US Navy. After the Navy he was a Water Treatment Consultant. A private family service will be held at a later date. He is survived by his brother, John Kucer of Vermont; nephews, Father Peter Kucer, and Anton Kucer; niece, Emily Kucer; long time friend and companion, Ramona Viera, her children, Angela Brown of LaVergne, Joe Dale Burlingame, Kimberly Lowther, Paul and John Burlingame; grandchildren, Kyler Burlingame and eight other grandchildren.
