Joann Frazier-Wade, age 65, of Mt. Juliet, TN, went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 21, 2016. A native of Rutherford County, TN and a long-time resident of Smyrna, TN she was the daughter of the late Lemuel and Tula Patton Frazier. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Wayne Frazier.

A funeral service will be Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Rev. Jim Paschall will officiate.

Mrs. Joann is survived by her husband, Jackie Wade; children, Tammy Medlin and her husband Mike of Murfreesboro, Pamela Kosche and her husband Rafael, John Wade and his wife Deidra of Chapel Hill and Tommy Wade of Lebanon, TN; brother, David Frazier and his wife Denise of LaVergne, TN; Michael and Matt and many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; niece, Carly Wentzel and her husband Elton of Chapel Hill, TN; and nephews, David and Robert Frazier.

Mrs. Joann attended LifePoint Church in Smyrna. She was retired from Matco Tools in LaVergne where she worked in the Warranty Dept. Later on Mrs. Joann worked as a lunch lady in the Smyrna High School. She enjoyed reading and loved her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.

Visitation will be Wednesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
