JO ANNE HALE MOGER, age 75, died December 28, 2011. A native of Princeton, KY, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Duncan and Emma Ruth Bratcher Hale. Mrs. Moger is survived by her daughters, Susan DuBray of Smyrna, Ruth Owens of Tallahassee, FL, and Jennifer Dougherty of Tullahoma, and seven grandchildren. She was married to the late William Charles Moger who died this year. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 1:00 PM at The First Christian Church of Tullahoma, TN.
