Jimmy "Jay" Wayne Faulk Jr., age 44, of LaVergne, TN, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 11, 2016. He was a native of Davidson County, TN.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna. Pastor Ron Gleaves will officiate. A Graveside Service will be Thursday at 3:00 p.m. in Harpeth Hills Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Faulk is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Glover Faulk; daughter, Kelly Faulk of Murfreesboro; parents, Jimmy and Yvonne Faulk of Murfreesboro; sisters, Kim Bolden and her husband Kevin of Apple Valley, MN and Kace Bearden and her husband Carter both of Murfreesboro; and nephews, Chase Bolden, Lucky Bolden, Tyler Bearden and Jackson Bearden.

Mr. Faulk was an avid Nascar Fan. He also was a die hard supporter of Alabama Crimson Tide Football and rooted for the Tennessee Titans.

Keith Charlton, Dean Hunt, Craig Barber, Scott Glover, Tim Charlton, and Adam Charlton will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna.
