Mr. Jimmy "Jim" Clayton Poff, age 77, of Nashville, TN passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020. He was born in Manchester, TN to the late Clifton and Florence Lowery Poff. Mr. Poff was a 1960 graduate of Manchester City High School and proudly served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed telling a good story that ended with a joke and sitting out by the pool with family and friends.

Mr. Poff is survived by his daughter, Rachel Dawn Poff; grandchildren, Clifton Blake Poff and Avery Fonner Poff; sister-in-law, Glenna Poff; many nieces and nephews; and friends he considered family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Poff; son, Greg Poff; and brother, Kenneth Poff.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, July 25, 2020 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 6:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Graveside services will be held Sunday, July 26, 2020 at 9:00am at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
