Jewell Dean Warrick, age 72 of Lebanon, TN, died Friday December 21, 2012. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ola Mai Gann Warrick. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Annette Warrick, brothers, Jody, John, and Dennie Warrick, and a sister, Thelma Jean Pennington. Mrs. Warrick is survived by her husband, Frank Warrick; sons, Ricky Warrick, Freddie Warrick, and Billy Warrick all of Lebanon, TN, Kenneth Warrick and his wife Annette of Murfreesboro, TN; daughter, Lisa Warrick Carter and her husband Doug of Lebanon, TN; brothers, James Warrick of Smyrna, TN and Frank Warrick of Clarksville, TN; sisters, Earline Potts Jones , Ruby Bly, Brenda Potts, and Sissy Colvett all of Smyrna, TN, and Nellie Roberts of LaVergne, TN; 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 3:30 PM Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Rev. Dwight Smitty officiating. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery with family serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Warrick was a member of the Baptist Church and a homemaker. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday at WOODFIN CHAPEL, SMYRNA. 459-3254.
