Mrs. Jewel Vance Hoover, age 87, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away Monday, August 31, 2015. She was born in Lindale, TX to the late George and Minnie Staggs Vance. Mrs. Hoover was retired from State Farm and was a faithful member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Bryce Hoover, and her sisters and brothers. Mrs. Hoover is survived by her son, Randy Pfeiffer and his wife Jane of Lascassas, TN; daughters, Jan Caswell and her husband Alan of Dublin, OH and Tina Deamon of Smyrna, TN; 4 grandchildren, Michelle Biga, Sean Florian and his wife Tiffini, Rita Waldon and her husband Jamie, and Chris Deamon and his wife Toni; 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces; and best friend, George Hanson. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 1:00pm at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be held Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 2:00pm at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
