JESSE ALLEN TURNEY age 47 of Murfreesboro, went home to be with his Lord and Savior February 2, 2013. A native of Houston, Texas he was the son of the late Peggy Orr Turney. Funeral service will be 2:00pm Wednesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, with Brother Dean Sisk officiating. Mr. Turney is survived by his wife of 14 years, Linda Fisk Turney, daughters; Nicole Lynn Turney, Jessica Diane Turney, Sara Elizabeth Turney all of Murfreesboro, sisters; Sandi Speck of GA, Elizabeth Adams of GA, brothers Russell Sentell of KY, Harold Marvin Sentell, Jr. of GA, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister; Edna Michelle Warren. Mr. Turney was a member of Belle Aire Baptist Church. Jesse was an experienced elementary classroom teacher who loved his many years of teaching in Texas. Visitation will be 4:00 until 8:00pm Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
