JERRY B. McDANIEL, age 75 of LaVergne died Saturday May 9, 2009. He was a native of Jackson County and the son of the late, Jimmy and Mae Bean McDaniel. He was an elder of Burnette Chapel Church of Christ and was retired from Washington Manufacturing and Walden Books. He is survived by his wife, Kate McDaniel; daughter, Stephanie (Joe) Anderson of Lavergne; grandchildren, Katy (Terry) Gish, and Hunter Anderson; brothers, Harley McDaniel of Murfreesboro, and Ralph McDaniel of Donelson; sisters, Emogene Moss of Old Hickory, Thelma Hawkins of Gallatin, and Cathy Taylor of Hermitage. Pallbearers will be Hunter Anderson, Terry Gish, Rob Robinson, Jay Robinson, Jamie Engle, Richard Gains, Jr., Danny Carter, and Brian Leftwich. Honorary pallbearers will be Deacons, Elders and associate minister of Burnette Chapel Church of Christ. Funeral service will be 11:00AM Tuesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Bro. Bill Hunter and Bro. Joey Spann officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4:00PM to 8:00PM Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna 459-3254 www.woodfinchapel.com
