Jerry Don Bucey, age 68 of Murfreesboro, died Monday at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. He was a native of Woodbury and was a son of the late James Dalton and Roberta Phillips Bucey. He was also preceded by a brother Grady Bucey and sisters Stella Pugh and Laura Lambert. Mr. Bucey is survived by his wife of 45 years Brenda Bucey; sons, Todd Bucey and his wife Kathleen of Murfreesboro, Larry Bucey and his wife Susan of Milton and Allen Bucey and his wife Angela of McMinnville; a sister Linda Stem and her husband Charles of Murfreesboro and five grandchildren, Sheyenne, Michael, Katelyn, Christina and Haley. Mr. Bucey made many friends during his time as a route salesman for Dr. Pepper and he went on to retire from BetterBilt Windows and Doors.
