Jeremiah Daniel Amrine, age 17, passed away November 30, 2011 at Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital. A native of Smyrna, TN he is survived by his mother and step father, Sandra (Billy) Pope; father, Jerry Amrine; brothers Tyler Amrine and Levi Amrine; grandparents, Willis and Lucretia Prout along with many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Amrine and Bonnie Hudgins; his twin brother, Joshua Amrine and his great grandparents, Lowell and Wilma Prout and Clarence and Leona Nana-New Newberry. Funeral services will be held Saturday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel at 11:00AM in Smyrna. Pastor Greg Lempley will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Jeremiah was a member of the Family Worship Center in Murfreesboro. He was a senior at Smyrna High School. Family will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Vanderbilt Children Hospital or to Mercy Childrens Clinic. Visitation with the family will be on Friday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel in Smyrna from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. 459-3254
