Jeneda Marie  Briley, age 91 of Nashville died Sunday January 28, 2024. She was a native of Maryville, Tennessee and was preceded in death by her parents, Estill Levi Hittle and Katie Hittle Williams, and a brother, Floyd Hittle, and husband George H. Briley.

Heaven has gained an angel, Mrs. Briley. was a faithful servant and member of Trinity Church of the Nazarene as a Sundays School teacher and Board member. She was a current member at Smyrna Church of Nazarene. Mrs. Briley was a civil servant as a nursing assistant for over 20 years.

Mrs. Briley is survived by her children, Kenneth Briley and wife Pam, Helen Briley, Melida "Jewel" Klausner, Sandra Willard and husband Dan; grandchildren, Dewaine Briley, Dana Choate ,Mandi Carter and husband Jason, Chris Ghee, Rachael Neudecker, and husband Chris, Stephen Clarke and wife Cindy, and  eight great- grandchildren; host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday January 30th  4:00PM to 8:00PM at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Wednesday January 31st 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be Thursday February 1st 12Noon at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Pastor Tony Clemmons and Pastor Mike Proctor officiating.  Graveside service will be Thursday February 1st 2:00PM at Halltown Cemetery in Portand, TN. www.woodfinchapel.com
