Jeffrey Thomas, age 63, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at his home in Lavergne. He was born in Buffalo, New York and was the son of the late Robert Ernest and Viola Sanford Thomas. He was also preceded in death by his wife Sandra Thomas and son, Jason Alan Thomas.

He is survived by his sons, Robert Thomas and his wife Shannon, and Jacob Thomas; grandchildren, Destaney, Kaidence, Hailey, Mia, Elijah, Layla, and Shelby Thomas; great granddaughter, Sofia Johns; and many family and friends from all over.

Mr. Thomas worked at the Sunbeam Bread Company for over 20 years. He was a long time boxing coach and a part of numerous boxing clubs. He shared his love for boxing by teaching the skills he had learned to the youth. He was a generous man, helping the young boxers and boxing clubs anyway he could.

Visitation with the family will be at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 2:00-4:00 PM. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 PM.
