Jason Scott Childress, age 40, of Smyrna died Saturday, September 2, 2017.

Graveside service will be 12 noon Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. RC Ford will officiate.

Jason is survived by his wife, Missy Rogers Childress, daughters, Morgan Hay and Hailey Childress, father, Buddy Childress, mother, Marilyn (Hubert) Comer, sister, Kelly (Craig) Davis, brother, Denny (Cheryl) Manning, step-sisters, April (Jeremy) Sibiski and Ashley (Scott) Larmer, and numerous very special aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Charles and Bert Childress and George and Beulah Gordon.

Jason was a faithful husband, loving father, son, brother and genuine friend to all he met. Jason loved his family, Yankees baseball and UT football.
