Janice Hill Moore, age 63 of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away Tuesday July 15, 2014. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Jesse Ira and Golden Betterton Hill. Mrs. Moore is survived by a son, Scott Moore; daughter, Ginger Moore both of Murfreesboro, TN; granddaughter, Shanna Honeycutt of Smyrna, TN; brother, Terry Hill; sister, Judy Sanders both of Murfreesboro, TN, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Friday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Pastor Dave Brown and Reverend Will Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery, Christiana, TN, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Moore attended Immanuel Baptist Church, and was retired from the Rutherford County Sheriff's Department.
