Janice Hefty, age 68 of Murfreesboro, died December 19, 2014. She was a native of Chicago, Illinois and a daughter of the late Edward Lee and Esther Robinson Lemuell. She was also preceded by her sisters, Virginia Yanke, Carol Elliott and a brother Daniel Lamb. Mrs. Hefty is survived by her husband, James Hefty; a daughter, Trisha Hefty; grandson, Dakota Hefty; brothers, Carl Lemuell, James Lemuell and Charles Lamb; sisters, Kathleen Lamb and Lucy Williamson; god daughters, Samantha Walters and her husband Ryan and Mona Gerth and her husband Tim; several nieces, nephews and other loving family. Graveside services will be held at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
