JAMES BOMAR TALBOT, April 22, 1930-June 20, 2013. Jim Talbot passed away peacefully at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. A self-proclaimed "cat person" and "car nut, " Jim lived with his friends Danny and Cindy Ellis in Murfreesboro for the past four years, after having lived in Nashville for almost 60 years . Jim was a graduate of Peabody College and served in Japan during the Korean War. A confirmed bachelor, Jim enjoyed car shows and races, country music, college sports, good food and lively discussions about Hemis and Mopar. He was a generous benefactor of numerous animal rights and support organizations and will be missed by his many friends.
