James Blake Summar , age 20 of LaVergne died Friday December 2, 2011. He was a Member of LaVergne Church of Christ and a 2010 graduate of LaVergne High School. He is survived by his parents, Kerri and Gene Gore, Jr.; brother, Ryan Gore; grandparents, Diane McKinney, James Albert Summar, Judy Summar, Rebecca Starr Summar, Gene and Enola Gore; aunts and uncles, Donna Lumpkin and husband Russell, Kim McKinney, Sherry Norrod, Josh Summar, Mellissa Gore Wilson; Great-grandparents, Donald and Evelyn Summar; cousins, Justin Jacobs, Kristin Norrod, Kelsey and Brayden Summar, Derek, Brittney and Levi Wilson. Blake was preceded in death by his father, James Albert Summar II, and grandfather, James Henry McKinney. Funeral service will be 1:00PM Monday at LaVergne Church of Christ with Bob Hayes and David Waldron officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
